Shawna M. Bates
Mrs. Bates's practice focuses on assisting business owners, entrepreneurs, stakeholders and executives with their business legal and transactional needs including formation, management, corporate governance, compliance, and business strategies and succession planning.
She graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and has been licensed since 2014. Prior to becoming an attorney, she contributed to the "C-Suite" as President of an electronic discovery firm serving law firms across Texas and has over 15 years of combined business and legal experience.
Mrs. Bates's contract negotiation experience includes US domestic and international negotiation efforts in Canada, China, The United Kingdom, and India.
Outside of the office, Mrs. Bates enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She facilitates a neighborhood prayer group, is active in her church, and enjoys jogging when time permits.

Angela Walker has been a paralegal for 28 years with experience in multiple areas of law including corporate governance, business transactions, intellectual property, franchising, and wills and probate. Throughout those 28 years, Angela has provided support to practitioners in a solo capacity, a large firm with over 150 attorneys and general counsel of a Fortune 500 company. She holds a B.S. degree from Midwestern State University.
Angela and her husband are the proud parents of 4 girls. She spends her free time knitting, crocheting and volunteering with the Glenn Garcelon Foundation supporting brain tumor patients and their families.
