Exceptional Representation

I am no stranger to hard work; I attended law school while working full-time as the President of an electronic discovery company. Though the challenges were many, it was work that I found very rewarding.

I graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and have been licensed since 2014. I have over 10 years of combined legal and business experience, and I want to put that experience to work for you. 

Working with executive level management, I have found the question that I am asked most is, “how do we make this work?”—The answer to which requires good judgment, creative thinking, and technical legal expertise. 

My approach as your attorney is to begin with the end in mind.  I am solutions driven and work to resolve  issues before they have an opportunity to interfere with the advancement of your vision.

My experience as general counsel and executive management has allowed me to develop the sophistication to properly evaluate and weigh the potential outcome of any particular decision or course of action.   Once I have assessed the issue, I creatively identify proactive solutions to eliminate or mitigate risks and improve the business.   

Additionally, I also know that the ability to create an effective strategy is only useful if you can successfully communicate with your team.  My ability to effectively communicate a solution-driven strategy combined with an understating of business, and my technical legal expertise, provides me with the confidence necessary to guide you toward incisive decisions that will advance your business.
